Czym będziesz się zajmować? Location: Remote with occasional travel to Copenhagen, DenmarkAs a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in building and professionalising the data foundation for the PS Sustainability team. The team is responsible for monitoring and reporting sustainability metrics across Product Supply, Quality and IT (PSQIT), enabling data-driven decisions with significant financial and strategic impact.You will design, develop and maintain scalable data products and robust data pipelines that power the team’s sustainability reporting and analytics. Several business-critical data products and models already exist and will require further development, optimisation and maintenance. At the same time, the department is undergoing a major transformation, giving you the opportunity to shape how “good” data products, flows and engineering practices should look.You will work in agile product teams, with clear priorities, collaborative processes, and curious colleagues. In this role you are expected to act as an informal technical and domain leader: promoting best practices, guiding team members, and helping to continuously improve the overall data landscape and data flows behind the team’s intelligence products.

Kogo poszukujemy? Must-have qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Proven experience in data engineering and building production-grade data productsStrong hands-on experience with Databricks and its ecosystemSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts and related technologiesExperience designing, developing, testing and maintaining ETL / data pipelinesProven track record in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for data workflowsExtensive experience with git and version control in a collaborative environmentStrong focus on data quality, integrity and securityExperience working in agile environments and on digital transformation initiativesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated domain leadership: ability to mentor, support and guide other team membersFluency in English (spoken and written)Availability to travel onsite to Copenhagen, Denmark, on a when-needed basisNice-to-have skillsExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Experience with Microsoft Fabric, especially Power BIFamiliarity with no-code / low-code tools, such as Alteryx
