As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for our search functions – which includes both, Traditional Search and AI enabled Search. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, serve as a subject matter expert for the product and functions your team owns. You will have decision-making autonomy regarding your team’s operations / objectives and receive mentorship and coaching from leadership to support your success.Job Description and RequirementsYour Responsibilities  As a leader in the infrastructure group, you will:  Lead technical discussion with support of technical leads and architects to develop effective solutions.  Foster a high-performance culture and cost-effective practices.  Serve as a technology evangelist, staying ahead of industry trends. Contribute hands-on to software design, development, and integration.  Oversee a Scrum team, ensuring its success through Agile principles and leadership.  Drive organizational efficiency through industry best practices for SaaS products.  Allocate team members’ efforts strategically based on organizational needs.  Manage the team's workload, hiring, and performance evaluation.  Provide continuous employee development opportunities to help your team grow.  Develop a strategic vision for your team's domains.  Implement operational policies and drive process improvements.  Required Qualifications  2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams  Hands-on experience in building high-scale, high-load distributed systems Familiarity with modern programming languages – C#, Javascript, Python Fluency in Cloud native architecture  Experience working with LLM, Embeddings, Vector Databases. Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency under pressure  Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Structured approach to performance management and feedback  Experience with Agile methodologies  Preferred Qualifications:  Experience working in or leading teams utilizing LLM, RAG, AI Agents. Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP) Relativity is a diverse workplace with different skills and life experiences—and we love and celebrate those differences.
