experience in leadership in a cross-functional environment based on collaboration and influencing, higher technical education, experience gained in a manufacturing company (preferably in the Aerospace industry), experience in leading complex new product introduction or change management programmes in a matrixed organization will be an additional asset, very good level of English (B2), fluency in Polish, strong knowledge of Lean Operations Management, knowledge of facilitation of Policy Deployment / Hoshin Kanri strategic priority creation and alignment, demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems through Lean methods, demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects, strong interpersonal and leadership skills (respectful and agile approach, commitment, analytical mind, critical thinking)
