We are looking for an Underground Shift Coordinator to oversee the on-going construction and day-to-day operation of the Underground Mine. The role will work closely with and in support of the Underground Team and various contractor groups. This role is on a rotating schedule for dayshift/nightshift weekdays/weekends and requires flexibility to work all shifts.
Reporting to the Superintendent – Underground Operations, you will be responsible for
Fulfill Underground Safety Standard requirements as needed.
Oversee and coordinate underground related work activities
Execution of planning and integration with surface and underground operations
Oversite of the Underground Mine Contractors
Ensure proper permitting
Quality assurance through daily inspections
Coordination of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Coordinate day to day work scope between other contractor teams and active operations
Manage project daily reports and project documentation
Support other team members with their roles and responsibilities
Ensure successful and safe execution of RTK Underground projects through detailed planning and execution of scopes of work in compliance with the following
