ServiceNow Performance Analytics DeveloperRole OverviewWe are looking for a ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering advanced reporting and analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive data-based decision making across IT and business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement Performance Analytics (PA) indicators, widgets, breakdowns, and dashboards across modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.Gather analytics and reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable ServiceNow PA solutions.Build and maintain data collectors and automated collection jobs.Integrate PA with CMDB, ServiceNow Reporting, and external data sources where required.Optimize performance, usability, and data accuracy of dashboards.Ensure governance and consistency across analytics deliverables.Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for implemented solutions.Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development/implementation experience.Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.Proven experience configuring indicators, scorecards, dashboards, and breakdowns.Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript) or Flow Designer for automation.Solid understanding of data structures, CMDB relationships, and KPI frameworks.Strong analytical and communication skills.Nice to HaveServiceNow CAD or CSA certification (PA certification is a plus).Experience with large-scale datasets or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Fluency in English (C1/C2); additional European languages welcome.
