The dedicated Service Desk provides support in Italian and English. Agents are responsible for handling all incoming contacts.Your responsibilities:performing 1st support line diagnosis and resolution of technical problems,forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,ensuring the quality of communication,registering and analyzing reports,suggesting improvements and optimizations. Our requirements:fluency in Italian and English.high-level communication skills,basic computer user knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, PCs hardware construction)team-oriented attitude.
