We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer who combines deep user-experience expertise with strong visual and interaction design skills, thrives in direct collaboration with clients, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions in the healthcare space.Your daily life in HTD will be focusing around: As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive, functional, and visually compelling digital solutions for healthcare applications. You’ll oversee the full design lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch improvements, ensuring that every product meets user needs, business objectives, and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in bridging business goals with user-centric design strategies while mentoring junior designers and driving team excellence. What you can expect from us: Salary depending on your skills, experience and position level:– PLN 16 500 – 24 500 + VAT on a B2B contract– PLN 13 800 – 20 400 gross on employment contract Paid days off (B2B/UZ) Flexible working hours Possibility of working 100% remotely Personal educational budget: conferences, courses, workshops, and more Private medical care Multisport Plus+ member card or cinema tickets MultiLife package All necessary equipment such as MacBook, additional monitor and accessories A friendly atmosphere and a well-coordinated team - to further cultivate this, we have a team integration budget    What we need from you: At least 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role Proficiency in Figma Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards Expertise in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping Ability to conduct in-depth user research, user journey mapping, and persona creation Competence in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and explain design decisions to clients and cross-functional teams Experience in leading and mentoring junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work Accountability for the overall design quality and consistency across the product, ensuring all design solutions meet established standards Ability to establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices for the product related design team Skills in coordinating design efforts across multiple team members while maintaining project timelines and design coherence Communicative level of English (C1) – both spoken and written Being a team player focused on getting things done Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong 'I can learn this' attitude We appreciate if you have: Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare Experience working in healthcare projects
