A technical/programming background or experience working with development teams in financial environment, Experience in designing and/or supporting investor relations websites, vendor applications and client reporting/sales enablement tools strongly recommended, BA/BS degree and/or related work experience, preferably in Information Systems or related field, 5+ years of experience documenting specifications, preferably at a financial services company, Full understanding of the business model or the area(s) supported, Working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business, Strong time management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills, Knowledge of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle, Data analysis –proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Exposure to project work and project planning, as well as project management software
