We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript/React) who is passionate about clean code, modern tools, and building new products 🤖💻 Company: A European MarTech, delivering solutions to over 2,500 brands worldwide, including BMW, Nestlé, and L’Oréal. ​Project: You are joining a brand-new R&D team to build an AI Agents Management Platform.🔧Tech Stack: JavaScript (React/Typescript), HTML5, CSS3✨ Nice to have: GitHub Copilot or VS Code📍 Work location: Poland, remote​ What will your daily tasks look like?​​📌​ Design and develop the frontend architecture for the new AI orchestration platform from scratch (design/architecture, development, implementation, testing).📌​ Collaborate with Product designers, PMs & support to bring features to life.📌​ Owning code quality. (unit, integration, and other QAs tests). We encourage using AI assistants (like GitHub Copilot) to speed up unit testing.📌 ​Create, maintain, and own code and application documentation. 📌 Assist the Support and Engineering team in debugging and troubleshooting software defects. 📌 ​​Coach and mentor junior devs and help shape the processes and selection of tools. 📌 ​Dive into architecture & contribute to research and specification phases with Product Managers while exploring new product ideas with the team. We’re looking for​:✅ ​6+ years of practical experience in the development of commercial-grade web-based software applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3.✅ ​Good understanding and commercial experience with React.✅ Proficiency in data-driven web applications. ✅ Experience from a product company, not a software house, would be an advantage.✅ Familiarity with REST and modern tools: Webpack, Node.js, Yarn​.✅ Strong communication & team spirit.✅ Practical use of SOLID programming principles and SCRUM/KANBAN/AGILE workflows.✅ Advanced English skills (spoken and written).✨ Nice to have: GitHub Copilot or VS Code What do we offer?🎖️​ ​Supportive company culture – flat structure, strong teamwork and openness to new ideas.🎖️ ​Remote-first setup.
