Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., Proven experience (minimum 4-7 years) as a Software Engineer in Test or similar role, with a track record of delivering production-quality automated test systems., Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar., Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, NUnit, xUnit, or related)., Demonstrated ability to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)., Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, integration, performance, and security testing., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders., Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
