At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting processes, General Ledger, RTR, or other core finance process, preferrable within SSC/GBS environment, University degree in Accounting, Finance or other related studies, ACCA or other accounting qualifications would be an advantage, Practical knowledge in the area of International Financial Reporting Standards would be an advantage, Prior experience in the area of mergers & acquisitions, Ability to effectively communicate across the business with strong English oral and written skills, High attention to detail and analytical skills, Strong organizational, problem solving and continuous improvement mindset, Working knowledge of MS Office applications, ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP), Ability to work independently and in a team depending on the business needs, Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, High Integrity team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with others and promote positive working relationships across the organization.
