Our goal is to build a new streaming app with games and short, story-based content.We are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to join our mobile team. You will help build and improve our app, used by millions of people around the world. You will create a smooth and engaging experience, similar to TikTok, but focused on premium entertainment.What you will doDevelop and improve our React Native app for iOS and Android.Build fast and scalable video features like feeds, streaming, subtitles, offline mode, and video players.Create modern UI/UX for vertical video and short-form content.Work closely with backend, AI, and product teams to deliver features for many users.Make sure the app is high quality, well tested, fast, and reliable on all devices and networks.What we are looking forRequired: At least 5 years of mobile development experience, including 3 years with React Native.Experience working on large B2C apps, gaming apps, or e-learning apps.Strong knowledge of mobile video, streaming, social apps, or TikTok-style user experiences.Good understanding of app performance, animations, offline use, and adaptive streaming (HLS/DASH).Core technical skillsStrong experience with React Native internals:Rendering process, bridge vs JSI, Hermes, and Fabric.Performance testing with tools like Flipper, Xcode Instruments, and Android Profiler.Experience with high-performance UI:Video-first design, TikTok-style feeds, gesture-based navigation.Advanced animations using Reanimated and Gesture Handler.Experience building video and streaming features:Adaptive streaming, buffering, and app lifecycle handling.Managing memory and background/foreground behavior.Strong performance optimization skills:Reducing re-renders, memory issues, and JS thread problems.Offline-first design, caching, and stable networking.Native and platform experienceAbility to write and maintain native code in Swift/Obj-C and Kotlin/Java.Experience integrating third-party SDKs (analytics, ads, payments, video, push notifications).Good understanding of differences between iOS and Android.Nice to haveExperience with streaming platforms.Knowledge of personalization, recommendations, or content systems.Experience with subscriptions, coins, or ad-based monetization.Experience building apps from scratch.Why join usWork in a small, strong engineering team supported by top investors and media partners.Build products at the intersection of streaming, gaming, AI, and media.High impact, fast work, and no corporate bureaucracy.Help shape entertainment for tens of millions of users.We are looking for talented people to work with us!
