You will standardize and optimize QA processes within multiple teams, ensuring seamless end-to-end quality from frontend interfaces to backend integrations with Salesforce, SAP, and other platforms. You will collaborate closely with QA engineers, developers, IT consultants, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and automate comprehensive test cycles, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will oversee all test phases, from system integration testing to user acceptance testing, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and with high automation levels. You will implement defect management processes, driving resolution prioritization to maintain our high standards of excellence. You will communicate transparently with stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration as you help shape the future of our digital transformation.  What makes us successful together Qualification: You hold a university degree in IT, business, or a related field; certifications like ISTQB are a plus. Experience: You bring at least five years of project or test management experience, especially in complex, international digital projects. Know-how and skills: You possess proven expertise in QA management, including API, integration, and user acceptance testing, with experience in automation tools like Selenium or Cypress. Nice to have: Experience with performance testing of enterprise applications and tools like Jira XRAY would be advantageous. Personality: You are curious, results-driven, and thrive in dynamic environments where your clear communication inspires others.
