Responsibilities Implement and maintain scalable backend services and platform components for the analytics platform based on existing architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain direct communication with clients to deliver new features and resolve issues. Ensure high-quality, stable solutions, including in situations requiring rapid response. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, including critical issues under time pressure. Share knowledge and best practices within an experienced team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay current with emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend services or analytics platforms. Strong proficiency in Python. Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, and distributed systems. Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas or Polars. Familiarity with cloud-based environments (e.g., GCP) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. Knowledge of FastAPI or similar frameworks for building high-performance APIs is an asset. Experience with Apache Spark, Ray.io, or Daft (getdaft.io) is considered an advantage.
