You will be managing complex end-to-end IT projects within a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless integration of systems, tools, and processes that support business operations. Your work will contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the Technology Project Portfolio, driving innovation and efficiency through structured project management practices and cross-functional collaboration.Your main responsibilities:Managing the delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects end-to-endCoordinating cross-functional teams and external vendorsOverseeing project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful deliveryReporting project progress and risks to key stakeholdersFacilitating communication between business and technical teamsApplying project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Prince2Ensuring compliance with internal governance and risk management standardsLeading negotiations and resolving conflicts effectivelySupporting project portfolio planning and prioritizationPromoting best practices in project documentation and reportingYou are a perfect fit if you:Have at least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in a bank or financial institutionPossess strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2)Are proficient in MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office toolsHave hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure projects end-to-endDemonstrate strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skillsCommunicate effectively at all organizational levelsHave proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilitiesAre fluent in English at a minimum B2 levelShow flexibility to occasionally join international meetings outside standard hoursUnderstand core banking systems and technology environmentsIt will be an advantage if you have:Experience in data engineering or data-related project managementKnowledge of Data and Big Data technologiesFamiliarity with software implementation methodologiesUnderstanding of Scrum and Agile frameworksWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
