Technical education in buildings construction or equivalent., Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, specifically delivering manufacturing and/or industrial construction projects, ideally with experience across all project phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover)., Demonstrated track record of managing manufacturing/industrial projects from concept through to completion and handover., Polish building license., Able to manage construction outside of residence, if required., Experience with FIDIC contracts and/or EPCM project delivery models preferred., Prior experience in a consultancy environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing sector requirements is a significant advantage., Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) required., Strong technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience., Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk., Agile, adaptable, and responsive to changing requirements., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and concisely., Confident, proactive, solutions-oriented, and client-focused team player., High level of commitment and availability.
