Key Responsibilities System Monitoring & Support: Monitor system health and performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to ensure reliable operations. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Operational Tasks: Perform software updates, system patching, and manage user access Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under guidance Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and continuously improved.
