Are you comfortable working in an Azure-native environment, where infrastructure and product go hand in hand?Join KUBO as a consultant supporting one of our partners – a global provider of logistics services shaping modern supply chain management worldwide.This role is about long-term ownership, event-driven integrations, and close cooperation with business teams.If you want to take ownership of technology decisions, mentor colleagues, and influence a growing team while working closely with the client, this project is a great opportunity.Key responsibilitiesLead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET backend integrations (business-to-business and application-to-application)Build and evolve event-driven, asynchronous integrations, as well as synchronous APIs and file-based flowsWork in an Azure-native environment, using messaging, serverless (Azure Functions), and microservicesOwn the team’s technology stack, including cloud services, messaging, and microservices; implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions; troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issuesCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams in a SAFe-based setupMentor colleagues and contribute to technical decisions and best practicesIdeal candidate profile6-7+ years of professional experience in .NET development with strong backend skillsSolid hands-on experience with Azure (or strong AWS/GCP background with ability to transfer knowledge)Solid experience with distributed systems, messaging, microservices, and integrationsPractical understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Azure Bicep preferred; Terraform or Pulumi acceptable)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines preferred; GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity)Comfortable taking responsibility beyond code: infrastructure, integrations, and production supportProactive, communicative, and willing to cooperate closely with business (English required)ConditionsLocation: Gdańsk (Olivia Centre)Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)Employment type: B2BProject duration: Long-term cooperation expected; the first contract for 6-12 monthsSalary: 130-185 PLN/hRecruitment stepsInitial call with a KUBO recruiterInterviews with the clientDecision and feedback
