5+ years of experience in consulting, presales, or client-facing solution roles in the software industry, 3+ years of hands-on involvement in pre-sales activities, including bidding, offer preparation, and client negotiations, Exceptional communication skills in English (C1+) and Polish, both written and spoken, Strong storytelling and negotiation abilities - able to clearly connect business value with technical feasibility, Confident in estimating, scoping, and structuring technology solutions and proposals, Skilled in facilitating client workshops, leading discussions, and building consensus among stakeholders, Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, hybrid, etc.) and best practices, Comfortable collaborating across sales, delivery, architecture, and consulting functions, Proven experience designing and selling complex solutions, ideally across multiple industries and delivery models (E2E projects, team augmentation, etc.), Hands-on experience and strong architectural understanding of modern cloud-based and data-driven solutions, including:, Cloud Platforms: AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, EMR, IAM, Lambda, EC2) and Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions), Data Platforms: Databricks (Lakehouse architecture, data engineering & analytics workloads), Programming & Querying: Python and SQL for data processing, analytics, and automation, Data Architectures: data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse patterns, ETL / ELT pipelines, Analytics & Processing: Apache Spark / distributed data processing (Databricks / cloud-native), Cloud Solution Design: cloud-native and hybrid architectures, scalability and cost-awareness, Security & Compliance: high-level understanding of cloud security, access management, and regulatory-driven environments (esp. fintech / banking)
