Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in the e-commerce channel within the FMCG sector., Proven track record of working with major e-commerce players and marketplaces., Solid experience in sales strategy creation and conducting successful commercial negotiations., Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex sales data and KPIs., Highly goal-oriented with a proactive and relationship-building mindset., Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills., Strong understanding of the e-commerce market, trends, and emerging digital solutions., Fluent in both Polish and English., Category B driving license.
