proven experience in a similar role (6+ years) with strong experience in Java, strong understanding of integration with backend data systems (Oracle DB, JPA/Hibernate), excellent understanding and experience of Microservices with Spring Boot, strong knowledge of RESTful API design, understanding of DevOps principles and experience with one of cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, etc., superior problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required and Polish), degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a relevant field, Spring components like Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring Data JPA, Spring Data Redis, Spring Data Mongodb, Apache Camel, good working knowledge of revision control and code review tools (Git, Gitlab), flexible and self-driven with a collaborative approach to problem solving, comfortable writing developer tests (JUnit with Mockito ,Spock), NoSQL Databases (Redis, DocumentDB), experience working in high performance Agile Scrum teams
