Senior Java Developer / Application Architect Location: Warsaw (Hybrid: 3 days in the office) Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Contract Type: B2B (170–200 PLN/h + VAT) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer / Application Architect to play a key role in enhancing technical maturity, architectural standards, and the overall quality of our custom-built applications. You will combine hands-on development expertise with an architectural mindset, guiding the team toward best practices and modern engineering approaches. Your Responsibilities: Design and implement application components using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies. Drive architectural improvements and contribute to long-term solution designs. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure high-quality outcomes. Mentor team members on software engineering best practices and clean architecture principles. (Optional) Support requirements engineering activities to align business needs with technical solutions.
