Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area for a Senior Field Service Technician. The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for on-site testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cleanroom facilities and equipment. Daily tasks include conducting routine testing and certification, environmental monitoring, troubleshooting, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom certification testing required, including certification of biosafety cabinets, unidirectional flow benches, fume hoods, and other engineering controls.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards related to cleanroom environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members, including the ability to provide technical training and support.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant accreditations preferred (CETA, NEBB, NSF).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area for on-site assignments.
