Optimize team workflows (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, implement SRE best practices).   What you need to have to succeed in this role 8+ years of software engineering experience (experience in one of the following technologies: Java, C#, Python, Golang, Rust, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, ...), with at least 3+ years managing engineering teams in big (global) organisation. Has high level knowledge that allows to effectively collaborate with Tech Leads on subjects like: Cloud (preferably AWS), SRE / DevOps / CloudOps, System Design, System Architecture, Non-functional requirements, SLA/SLO, CI/CD, Observability, Scalability, Resilience, Microservices, Disaster recovery, Containers, Functional and Non-functional tests, Basic knowledge on Clean Code, Design Patterns, SOLID, Code Architecture and Modularization, Networking Knows Continuous Delivery, XP (Extreme Programming), Agile (Kanban, Scrum), Lean Management, SDLC Processes. Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale software systems. Experience mentoring and growing engineering talent, including senior engineers and tech leads. Knowledge of latest technology trends and concepts Excellent communication skills with ability to work across disciplines and influence stakeholders.
