You will be responsible for delivering and implementing functionalities related to Sales and Customer Service, as well as selected Marketing components of the Dynamics 365 platform. Familiarity with the Field Service module and MS Copilot will be considered an asset, as future development in these areas is anticipated.Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business representatives and client-side project teams Analyze business requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities (Sales module, Customer Service, and selected Marketing components) Design and recommend solutions to support CRM processes Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations with business users Configure the system and prepare functional and process documentation Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution rollout Advise on best practices and identify development opportunities within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform Requirements 5–7 years of experience as a Solution Consultant / Developer for Dynamics 365 CRM Strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Service modules, plus other Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform functionalities Proven experience in implementation projects involving configuration and business process optimization Broad understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other applications Ability to conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions Fluent English, both spoken and written We offer MultiSport Plus Group insurance Medicover Premium E-learning platform
