We are building an AI-driven platform on Databricks to replace legacy solutions with adaptive ML models.Your Role Build & Deploy: Develop production-grade ML models (Classification, Forecasting, Anomaly Detection) using Databricks Model Serving. Pipeline Design: Architect feature engineering pipelines for high-velocity, massive transaction datasets. Business Impact: Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate complex data patterns into actionable optimization strategies. Must-Have Skills Analytical Mindset: Expert-level SQL skills with a proven ability to find patterns and insights in billions of rows of data. Big Data Engineering: Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing. Production ML: Hands-on experience with deploying models in real-time/streaming environments. Streaming Architectures: Understanding of inference strategies for high-throughput systems. Nice to Have Experience in Fintech/Payments (fraud detection, authorization logic). Knowledge of NLP/LLMs or Graph Neural Networks. Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning. What We Offer 100% Remote role (Poland).
