Role DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves migrating existing solutions, developing new data products, and collaborating closely with architects, business experts, and data teams to support analytics and Machine Learning/AI initiatives.Responsibilities Migrate and optimize existing data solutions to GCP to support data analysis and ML/AI products. Build new data products on GCP using DBT and BigQuery. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Experts to design relevant data models for data products. Sync data from multiple sources using Cloud Functions and Python when necessary. Orchestrate different components and parts of data pipelines using Terraform and Cloud Workflows. Collaborate with other Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to solve current needs in an optimal way. Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Workflows. Strong experience in DBT, Python, and building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools. Solid understanding of data modeling and building data products for analytics and ML/AI. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
