Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field., Minimum 5-7 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis within logistics., Strong knowledge of management accounting and logistics cost analysis., Experience working in a Business Partner role, with active collaboration with operational managers., Ability to build financial models and conduct scenario analyses., Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP - SAP preferred)., Proactive attitude, independence, and the ability to present conclusions clearly and in a business-oriented way., Good command of English.
