Experience implementing Technology Risk Management solutions in Service Now’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module, Experience defining how Technology control design documentation should be structured, managed and governed from the policy layer, down to the procedure and metric layer, At least 5 years of experience working in risk and controls in financial services either within a risk related function, or as a management consultant, Experience of delivering complex change in a global, matrix-style organisation, Flexibility to adapt to changing scope and demands, Expertise in designing Risk Management Frameworks and Control Frameworks, Experience delivering products and services to a broad array of internal customers, Strong communication skills to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
