Content will be AI-assisted for translation and human-reviewed for quality across multiple languages.What You’ll Create & OwnCore Creation High-quality English articles mapped to search intent and commercial goals Video scripts for HeyGen-style production Interview production support, including outlines, question sets, briefs, and summaries Repurposing audio and video into written assets Repurposing & Distribution Convert pillar content into email sequences, one-pagers, sales enablement snippets, and social posts Build and run a repurposing workflow so one asset generates multiple outputs Collaborate on distribution plans across LinkedIn and relevant channels Content Operations Own the content calendar and publishing cadence Ensure content is translation-ready (clear structure, terminology, glossary notes, consistent style) Work closely with the SEO Specialist on briefs, internal linking, and on-page optimisation What You Bring 5+ years experience creating English-first content with measurable performance outcomes Strong editorial standards focused on clarity, structure, and accuracy Comfort writing across articles, scripts, emails, fact sheets, and social content Ability to work from interviews and SME input and deliver publish-ready assets Working knowledge of SEO content principles and Google Search Console basics Nice to Have Experience in B2B or high-consideration services Experience with translation workflows, localisation, or multi-market publishing Bonus KPIs Examples Publishing cadence achieved with quality gate pass rate Organic performance of assigned content (impressions, clicks, rankings) Assisted conversions and lead quality from content-driven channels Repurposing efficiency (outputs per pillar asset) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: EUR 28,000–43,000 per year Performance bonus: 12%–18% (KPI-based) One-way flight to Malta covered Relocation support during onboarding Contract: Full-time employment or equivalent arrangement How to ApplyPlease send: (All documents must be in English) CV 3 links to English content you authored 1 repurposing example (article → email/social/script) Optional: performance metrics (e.g. Search Console screenshots) Hiring ProcessScreening call → Portfolio review & deep dive → Practical task (pillar asset + repurposing pack) → Final interview with leadership
