Wymagania

At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment, Understanding how insurance companies or banks work, having comprehensive, in-depth understanding of relevant processes and business models, Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations, To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems, To ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills, Ability to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for team results, Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis, At least a bachelor’s degree, Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers, Experience working in implementation-related or strategic consulting, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance, Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client stakeholders and C-Level representatives, Good knowledge of German or French, While having the main office in Warsaw, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time
