We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior C++ Developer.Your duties will include: Development and maintenance of DPS (Data Processing Server) components Refactoring and improving the quality of existing code Performance optimization (CPU / RAM / I/O) and bottleneck analysis Bug fixing, diagnosing production issues, working with logs and monitoring Creating tests and automating change verification Collaboration with the team (code reviews, change planning, technical documentation) Requirements that must be met: Minimum 5 years of experience as a C++ developer Experience with server-side systems, multithreading, and synchronization Ability to work with large, existing (legacy) codebases and modify them safely Quality-oriented practices: testing, code reviews, clean and readable code, documentation Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in the office) Very good English and Polish What we offer: We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
