We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior C++ Developer.Your duties will include:Development and maintenance of DPS (Data Processing Server) componentsRefactoring and improving the quality of existing codePerformance optimization (CPU / RAM / I/O) and bottleneck analysisBug fixing, diagnosing production issues, working with logs and monitoringCreating tests and automating change verificationCollaboration with the team (code reviews, change planning, technical documentation) Requirements that must be met:Minimum 5 years of experience as a C++ developerExperience with server-side systems, multithreading, and synchronizationAbility to work with large, existing (legacy) codebases and modify them safelyQuality-oriented practices: testing, code reviews, clean and readable code, documentationWillingness to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in the office)Very good English and PolishWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
