Your future companyFor our client, a global company in the industrial materials and chemicals sector, we are looking for a Senior Buyer.The salary indicated for this position has been estimated based on the Devire 2025 Salary Report.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment Fluency in spoken and written German Excellent English skills, written and verbal Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills Proven record of delivering commercial value through sourcing initiatives Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.) and Microsoft Office Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all level Responsibilities Execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers Lead negotiations and develop contracts  Analyze spend data and identify savings opportunities Collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations Monitor market trends and supply chain risks Implement process improvements in procurement systems and reporting Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards The offer Stable employment based on a full-time contract Work in a modern, comfortable office in Poznań Hybrid work model - 3 days in the office per week Benefits package, including flexible working hours, private medical care, social insurance, and language course subsidies Opportunity to work on international projects Contribution to strategic procurement initiatives in a dynamic industrial environment
