5 years of prior experience in WB with a good understanding of ING and WB business lines, products and processes, front office experience and finance knowledge preferred, prior experience of working in an international environment, excellent knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Photoshop, excellent command of English, both written as well as spoken is essential, ability to craft high-quality management summaries and strategic papers, with prior consultancy experience is considered an asset, strong work ethic combined with a very structured and disciplined approach, resulting in getting things done, high learning agility, being able to quickly absorb and learn about unfamiliar issues, ability to build bridges, bring people together (interpersonal awareness), interest in strategy, growth, and innovation, being attuned to the needs of others but able to challenge, ability to work with tight deadlines with multiple urgent tasks
