At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience, including experience in at least one full SDLC, Bachelor or Master Degree - mandatory, Minimum 2 internationally recognised certifications, such as: CCBA® or equivalent and tified UML Professional (Foundation) or BPMN 2 Fundamental or equivalent, Expertise in BPMN and knowledge of UML modeling (capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams etc.), Experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale projects (>1 year, >€1M budget), preferably ERP, Experience in domains such as Logistics, Asset/Fleet Management, Finance, HR, Legal, PM would be an asset, Proficiency with modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS or similar), Advanced English - at least C1, Ability to contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management, Experience with Microsoft technologies: SharePoint (2019 / Subscription / Online), Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Experience with ServiceNow (custom applications and standard modules), including EAM, SPM, and CSM (on-prem & cloud)
