You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and QA Engineers, contributing both to new product development and to improving the quality of existing and legacy solutions. This role focuses heavily on test automation, TDD/BDD approaches, and building scalable testing solutions embedded in modern CI/CD pipelines.   Main Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new features and improve existing and legacy functionality Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Reqnroll/SpecFlow, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and Swagger Analyse business, technical, and non-functional requirements and contribute to story estimation and test strategy Promote and apply TDD and BDD practices across the development lifecycle Develop and execute automated test suites with high regression and automation coverage Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines Perform exploratory manual testing and maintain clear test documentation Review logs and databases as part of testing and automate verification where possible Follow testing best practices and support team members in their adoption   Expected competences and knowledge 6+ years of professional experience as a QA Automation Engineer in a modern software development environment Strong experience with C# / .NET Solid knowledge of REST APIs and API testing strategies Hands-on experience with BDD, with a strong preference for automation over manual testing Deep understanding of the Test Pyramid (unit, integration, E2E) Ability to identify and justify appropriate test levels (Unit vs Integration vs E2E) Experience refactoring, improving, and rewriting automated tests Experience running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines Hands-on experience with SpecFlow / Reqnroll Working knowledge of SQL Experience working in Agile environments Nice to have Experience in the payments domain or working with PCI DSS–compliant systems Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and LocalStack Experience with performance and non-functional testing Knowledge of testing highly available, scalable, business-critical systems   Technologies you'll work with C# / .NET Playwright Selenium REST APIs Postman Swagger / OpenAPI Reqnroll / SpecFlow (BDD) CI/CD pipelines SQL Git     Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
