All experiences are powered by the Speeron NEXT platform.We’re now looking for a Senior Android Developer to strengthen our product team and help shape the future of digital hospitality.What You’ll Work OnMobile Key LockA Kotlin-based Android app enabling hotel guests to unlock their rooms via BLE and NFC, integrated with the Speeron NEXT Guest Portal for secure, seamless, contactless room access.Speeron NEXT Interactive TVAn Android-based in-room entertainment and information platform running on a set-top-box device compatible with any HDMI TV. You’ll help deliver interactive TV features, PMS-connected services, entertainment apps, and mobile-driven TV control-plus digital signage, powered by the same hardware platform.What You’ll Do Lead Android development across multiple NEXT products Build scalable, secure apps using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks Work with BLE/NFC, local device APIs, cloud services, and PMS integrations Develop Android apps for both mobile devices and set-top-box hardware Participate in architecture decisions and long-term product strategy Collaborate closely with backend, product, and UX teams in a self-directed environment Required Skills Senior-level experience developing Android applications in Kotlin English B2 / C1 Strong understanding of modern Android app architecture and Jetpack components Experience working with WebSockets and RESTful backend integrations Experience with Google Play publishing & updating processes Ability to take ownership and drive work independently Comfortable working in a small, highly collaborative team Highly valued skills Experience working with BLE and/or NFC Experience with media playback (HLS/DASH, multicast), ExoPlayer or similar Knowledge of device management and OTA update mechanisms Knowledge of app provisioning on Android distributions like Emteria OS Experience working with Raspberry Pi Why Join Us Work in a small, senior team with real autonomy Build products used by leading hotel brands worldwide Shape core experiences in mobile access and in-room entertainment Join a fast-growing Scandinavian tech company Make a tangible impact on the future of digital hospitality Benefits Full-time employment agreement or B2B contract Regular team integrations Flexible work hours Work in an international environment  Conferences & Trainings budget Books reimbursement Sport package Private health care Recommendation bonus Scandinavian work style If you want to build next-generation hotel guest technology, we’d love to hear from you.
