Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar field, 6+ years of prior work experience within Finance/Controlling/FP&A, Knowledge of reporting tools (SAP and related: BW, BOFC etc.), Good understanding of accounting principles, Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), VBA, PowerQuery , PowerPivot or PowerBI would be an asset, Fluent in English (written & spoken), Exciting deep dive into the chocolate and cocoa industry as well as into the execution of a global strategy in a multinational company, Inspiring work environment, covering the whole supply chain: from bean sourcing to cocoa product selling, Scope includes financial and non-financial aspects (costs and headcount reporting), Diverse set of tasks and wide range of involvement in local, regional and also global initiatives, Willingness to work on substitution agreement
