Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education, A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a compliance monitoring role or similar, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in business governance roles (e.g., Audit, GxP), Solid knowledge of business and market dynamics, Strong analytical skills to interpret internal and external requirements, Ability to work independently and collaborate across geographies and functions, Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Fluency in another language is a plus
