The role focuses on ensuring progress, predictability, and delivery quality in a SAFe / agile environment. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner, the development team (internal and external members), and the Technology Product Lead (acting as RTE) to support delivery, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.   Expected competences and knowledge Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master Strong experience working in Agile and SAFe environments Solid understanding of software development processes and SDLC Excellent communication and facilitation skills Relevant agile certification  Team player with a coaching mindset and a drive to succeed through others Structured, goal-oriented approach and strong ownership Fluent spoken and written English Experience working with distributed or mixed internal/external teams   Responsibilities you'll have Act as Scrum Master for one or two development teams working on Loan IQ Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) Support the team in planning, follow-up, delivery, and impediment removal Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution Manage dependencies and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders Support predictable, high-quality delivery in an iterative and incremental manner Contribute to improving agile practices, SAFe ways of working, and tooling   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
