This role will focus on configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP SF Payroll with full compliance to federal and state payroll requirements.Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for US market needs Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Manage full payroll processing cycle and ensure compliance with US regulations Provide expert support for payroll issues, system changes, and business inquiries Ensure effective integration with SAP and non-SAP systems Conduct testing, documentation, and involvement in global rollouts Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Strong expertise in US-specific payroll topics: Federal and state tax requirements Wage types configuration Overtime rules Garnishments Benefits and deductions Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing Excellent command of English (B2+) Nice-to-Have Skills Experience integrating with SAP HCM / EC SAP SuccessFactors Payroll certification Familiarity with US compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, etc.) Key Candidate Traits Independent problem solver with consulting mindset Strong communication skills and stakeholder management Proactive approach to process improvement
