Our Fortune 500 company is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities, support business operations, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Job Duties:

• Analyze business processes and develop detailed system process flows to support solution design and development.
• Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and platform enhancements.
• Perform Salesforce integrations with external systems and applications.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and Salesforce functionality, customizing and adapting the platform as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation related to processes, policies, application configurations, and user help materials.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automated processes to monitor data quality and integrity.
• Provide technical support and user training to Salesforce end users.
• Perform regular internal system audits and support Salesforce upgrades and releases.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and system integrations.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features and capabilities, recommending process and system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support testing, deployment, and release activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience developing with Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Copado).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Desirables:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience working in complex or enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
