For our client we are looking for a Salesforce Developer!100% RemoteSalary: 160-200 PLN/hour net+VAT B2BRESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. Lead and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including middleware if necessary. Architect and develop integrations with AgentForce, building AI-driven agents, intent design, and autonomous workflows. Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure high quality and performance of code, with a strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security, and best practices. Mentor and guide other developers; participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions. REQUIREMENTSMust-Have: Several years (e.g., 6+ recommended) of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL). Proven track record of building complex system integrations with Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven, or using middleware). Hands-on experience with AgentForce (or similar AI-agent frameworks), including building intents and agents, and integrating them into Salesforce. Strong architectural skills — ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions. Experience with CI/CD processes and tools in Salesforce. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in an agile environment. Good communication skills; ability to partner with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. NICE TO HAVE Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, AgentForce Specialist, or similar). Experience with Data Cloud / large-scale data modeling. Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLMs, or generative AI. Previous experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments. Experience in mentoring / leadership roles.
