About the Role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Platform Lead who combines hands-on administration with scalable platform design. You’ll own the Salesforce ecosystem end to end—ensuring it’s secure, reliable, and built to support both current needs and future growth.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary Salesforce owner and internal expert
• Manage users, permissions, data quality, and system health
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions and oversee platform architecture
• Build automation using Flow and create reports and dashboards
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Lead Salesforce initiatives from planning through delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience administering Salesforce in a production environment
• Experience designing solutions across Salesforce products and integrations
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, data, and system limits
• Clear communicator with strong business judgment
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and user-focused approach
