3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in e-mobility (EV), completed technical and/or commercial training, willingness to travel (approx. 50% of working hours), great interest in the areas of e-mobility and innovation (Start-Up Mentality), ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships, sales-oriented thinking and independent work, good knowledge of business administration, good Networker, experience in presenting and representing, english spoken and written, innovative, entrepreneurial and analytical thinking when solving complex tasks, structured and careful way of working, high degree of independence, personal responsibility, reliability and communication skills, strong market orientation with a clear customer focus and commercial mindset, process orientation
