Location: EuropeVacancies: 2Key Responsibilities:Market Development & Customer Management:Drive sales growth and manage client relationships across Europe, identifying new business opportunities while maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients.Establish contact with potential customers, understand their specific needs, and provide tailored solutions in line with the company’s strategic objectives.Monitor and analyze market trends, adjusting sales strategies promptly to ensure achievement of market share and performance targets. Team Collaboration & Coordination:Work closely with the company headquarters (China team) to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth execution of cross-regional projects.Participate in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to coordinate resources and respond to customer needs efficiently.Regularly report sales progress, market feedback, and competitor intelligence to headquarters, providing insights to support decision-making. Customer Support & After-Sales Service:Provide technical support and address customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.Coordinate and deliver product training and after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships. Industry Analysis & Business Planning:Monitor and analyze trends in the European market, particularly in the dental medical device sector, collecting market data and competitor intelligence to inform company strategy.Develop and implement sales plans and targets in alignment with market demand changes and company objectives. Exhibitions & Events Participation:Represent the company at European trade shows and promotional events, showcasing products and strengthening brand presence.Attend industry conferences and seminars regularly to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Medicine, or related fields.Work Experience:Minimum 3 years of sales experience in dental medical devices or related industries; experience in medical device sales is preferred.Prior experience in the European market, particularly in Poland, is an advantage.Skills:Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of independently developing new clients and managing long-term relationships.Strong communication and coordination abilities, able to liaise effectively with headquarters (China team) and local clients.Fluent in English and local European language(s) (Polish or other languages) for business communication.Proficient in CRM systems and office software.Personal Attributes:Highly motivated, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.Team-oriented, capable of driving cross-departmental collaboration, with strong responsibility and problem-solving skills.Skilled in cross-cultural communication and teamwork. What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Excellent career development opportunities and promotion prospects.Opportunity to work with a global high-performing team and drive the company’s growth in the European market.
