Proven experience managing B2B sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with direct responsibility for commercial performance., Demonstrated ability to own and manage P&L elements, including pricing, margins, volumes and profitability., Strong track record in acquiring new customers and developing new market segments, ideally within a regional market structure in FMCG sector, Experience in building and executing market penetration strategies that translate into measurable revenue and EBITDA growth., Experience in leading sales team and its performance., Ability to work closely with production and operations to translate market needs into new product applications and offerings., Experience operating as part of a Plant or Operations Management Team, acting as a true business partner to Operations and General Management., Excellent communication and presentation skills., Fluent Polish and business-level English.
