This role suits developers who care about product quality and love building things they are proud to share.You will: Develop and enhance features using Ruby on Rails. Contribute to architectural decisions and API design. Ensure high code quality and strong automated test coverage. Work within a DevOps environment using CI/CD pipelines. Tackle scaling, performance, and usability challenges. Technical Requirements Solid experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails (2+ years, preferably more). Knowledge of backend tools and frameworks: Grape, RSpec, Docker, MySQL, AWS, CI/CD. Experience working with containers and virtualized environments. Strong understanding of software craftsmanship and testing practices. English level: B2 or higher. Nice to Have Background in Java, C#, C++, or Python. Familiarity with agile methodologies and startup dynamics. Ability to balance fast delivery with long-term maintainability.
