Proven experience in accounting, including leadership responsibilities in a multinational environment,, Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and EMEA regulatory frameworks, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree a plus, CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred, Proficiency in SAP and financial reporting systems, Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills,, Experience driving automation and digital transformation in finance functions, Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas, etc), Oracle Peoplesoft knowledge advantageous, Ability to work independently and as part of a team,, Client oriented attitude;
